Glazed Kielbasa Pineapple Bites (Printable)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

02 - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 cup juice)

→ Glaze & Seasoning

03 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
04 - 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Pinch of black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine barbecue sauce, reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
03 - Arrange kielbasa slices and pineapple chunks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Brush generously with the glaze, reserving about one-third for later.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each piece and brush again with more glaze.
06 - Bake for another 8–10 minutes, until caramelized and heated through.
07 - Thread each kielbasa slice and pineapple chunk onto toothpicks for serving. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
08 - Serve warm as an appetizer.
